Please join us for a stunting and tumbling clinic sponsored by the Baystate Youth Cheerleading Conference and instructed by Natick High School CO-ED Varsity(Mass State Co-Ed Champions 2014) and Walpole High School Varsity(Baystate Division 2 Champions 2013/Regional Division 2 Champions Fall 2012).
Each day will consist of tumbling and stunting at each child’s skill level. Full teams can attend or individual children. Children can attend one day or all four days at $25 per day. Children can attend the clinics in Natick on April 22nd and 23rd and/or the clinics in Walpole on April 24th and 25th. Both varsity teams will be assisting at both venues. These do not need to be registered cheerleaders – friends can attend even with no cheering experience.

On-line registration opens March 15, 2014. Registration will be open exclusively for returning players and cheerleaders through March 31, 2014, after which registration is open to everyone.
Registration is open to players who will be in Grades 2 through 8 during the 2014-15 school year. Cheerleaders who will be in Grades 1 through 12 can participate. To register, on or after March 15, 2014, please go to www.sudburyyouthfootballandcheer.com.
Grade 2/3 Team
In the event that we do not have sufficient interest for a contact football team at the Grade 2/3 level, we are considering starting flag football for those two grades. After we open enrollment to everyone on April 1, we will assess the registrations for the regular contact team, and then decide whether to move toward flag football for those two grades.
Grade 8 Team
The Baystate Conference has not yet determined whether we will be allowed to have multiple teams at any grade level for the upcoming season. In prior communications, we have described the process for selecting one 8th Grade team in the event that we are able to field only one team and our numbers exceed 36. Please be sure to register during the exclusive period for returning players (March 15 – March 31) to ensure that your player will be giving preference over new players and returning players who register after March 31.
For the 2014 season, the registration fee will be $350 for each participant. SYFC will provide all necessary equipment with the exception of mouthpiece, protective cup and cleats. Equipment must be returned at the end of the season. If we move to flag football at the Grade 2 and 3 level, the registration fee will be set at a later date, but will be less than $350.
Payment should be made on-line when registering. At the latest, payment must be made no later than registration night. If you would like to request financial assistance, please e-mail Tony Rizzotti at
. All requests will be handled confidentially.
Registration night at LS will occur in June. Everyone must attend, regardless of whether they have already registered on-line. We will collect all necessary paper work at this time. We will inform you of the exact date and time for registration night once it is set.
Practice will begin on Monday, August 4, 2014. As in past years, we will practice Monday through Thursday evenings during the month of August.
